Unless we are instructed to use your own cleaning materials, we use our own eco friendly, all natural cleaning products.

We make use of the wet extraction method by using a very powerful industry standard machine.  We will do our best to remove stubborn marks, however this is not always guaranteed due to the nature of the stain or mark, but you can be sure that your carpet will be clean.  This will be discussed up front with you upon quoting.
*Please note drying time for this process to be completed is 6 to 8 hours.
